Scarlett Johansson & Ryan Reynolds Fixin To Wed?

According to The New York Post’s Page Six (the original Page Six, not the TMZ-inspired e-zine) Ryan Reynolds (Double R) and Scarlett Johansson (ScarJo) may be in line for an engagement. Some rumors say that they already are on the short road to married town. The rumors have heated up after ScarJo was spotted with her mom and sister at a boutique in LA looking at wedding gowns.

Double R was engaged to Alanis Morissette for two years and change, ending early last year. It is rumored that he’s good-and-ready to get hitched. It is also rumored that Canadian scientists created him in a laboratory by combining the wit of a circa-1980 Chevy Chase with the abs of a Thelma And Louise era Brad Pitt. We’re pretty sure that this is their first step toward global domination. Step two was making everyone love Seth Rogen. The next big milestone is for those two to be allowed to run for president and vice president and give Alaska to Canada in exchange for Quebec. And don’t think for a second that marrying America’s sweetheart wasn’t a crucial part of this thing.
