Black Eyed Peas’ Taboo Says “I Do”

None of the Black Eyed Peas members was asking where the love was on Saturday, at the wedding of the band’s long-locked performer, Taboo.

It took Taboo (real name Jaime Gomez) a birthday (today, his 33rd) and a wedding (to fiancée Jaymie Dizon) to get his name in the headlines, whereas Peas’ lead Fergie and fiancé Josh Duhamel need only attend a wedding to grab media attention. Gomez and Dizon were married at St. Andrews Catholic Church in Pasadena, Calif., reports People.com. Fellow bandmates will.i.am and apl.de.ap were groomsmen.

Fergie, Josh and the rest of the Peas attended the reception, held at the Standard hotel in downtown LA. No word yet on the location of the newlyweds’ honeymoon, but never mind that. Sounds like someone’s keeping her own wedding plans on the DL. Fergie told People she plans to follow-up her debut solo album, The Dutchess by “getting in the studio, making some new music.”
