A recent college graduate with a passion for music journalism, Rajul is always on the prowl for a good story, sinful food, and the best reggae lounges in New York. Since her writing gigs haven’t always provided enough dough to support her dangerous shoe addiction, Rajul has also worked as a chiropractic receptionist and a Victoria’s Secret sales associate.

The two most crucial things Rajul has learned about rolling solo are:

1. Premature judgments are the worst. That hot, muscle-bound guy from the gym that looks like he swallowed a fridge could very possibly be a cardiac surgeon.

2. It’s really hard not to mix up names. Pick a general affectionate nickname and stick to it.
